I just bought myself a k800i because I wanted to go back to Sony Ericsson (Why? because Nokia never really understand me). But there are things that don’t work with my Powerbook, it is not supported by iSync and i can’t use iTunes to put my mp3 in it. Well I google for a bit and found these interesting links:

• K800i iSync Plugin
• Using iTunes to Transfer music to your k800i

I guess that solved the problems

It seems that in apple’s iSync compatibility list, k800i is in it.. wonder why it won’t sync (and yes, I’m using iSync 2.4).

Owh, if you’re wondering what’s the difference between K800i and and K810i, check this out. Anybody can tell me the difference between K800i and K800?

Okay, I know everybody’s going goo goo ga ga over Leopard but before you install it, do check Leopard’s Application Compatibility List first.

Most of the app are either deeply connected to Apple own softwares (iCal, Mail, Safari, iLife, etc), User Interface enhancement (Changing Icons, themes, etc) and Hacks.

My biggest concern would be Adobe CS3 and Adium but it’s minor.. i think I’ll go check it out and update if I’m wrong

PS: You could do an upgrade to Leopard without loosing any of your data and system preferences, even after install you still maintain your desktop wallpaper! Let’s see Vista do the same

It’s nice to have a freebies once in a while, that’s why I’m quite ecstatic to won a Rp. 500.000,- worth of Voucher to dine at SATOO Shangri-la Jakarta Hotel. I’ve got this voucher for submitting new ideas to Sendokgarpu.com on their quiz takes.

Owh and if you’re wondering what idea I’m submitting, here’s a glimpse (in indonesian):

Saya rasa Sendokgarpu perlu lebih banyak berkembang di area socialnetworkingnya. Intinya si jangan sampai membuat orang berpikir: “Apa untungnya gw undang2 temen gw?”. Jadi berdasarkan premise diatas, let’s see what we can do about it.

1. A better and more personalize homepage Jadi Saya kan sudah login, trus dibawanya tetap ke halaman depan dan bukan home saya. Wouldn’t it be cool kalo ketika kita login, kita langsung melihat restoran2 apa saja yang sedang direkomendasikan _teman2_ kita. I personally care more kalau teman kita sendiri yang rekomen instead of orang lain. Tapi rekomendasi orang lain juga patut dimasukkan ke home.

2. Preferensi Makanan Direktori restoran sendokgarpu akan semakin bertambah dan bertambah. Wouldn’t it be cool kalau kita bisa set preferensi kita (misal: sushi, jakarta selatan) jadi kita bisa tahu kalau ada restoran sushi baru didepan rumah kita? Seperti notification gitu.

3. Voucher/Discount Notification. I don’t know about you, but I’m a discount freak. Asiknya si berdasarkan preferensi tersebut kita jadi dikirimkan juga notifikasi bila ada diskon di restoran yang kita mau atau yang masuk ke kategori kesukaan kita. Intinya si resolve around those preference and also our friends. I would rather know what my friends are eating/recommending than some stranger

My site goes from 3 (2 weeks ago) to 2 and today it’s 3 again, there are various weirdness (indonesian link) going on in the indonesian blogosphere. some sites (one month old) got pagerank of 6, some get 4 but most of the sites using TextLinkAds are down to 2 or 3.

What’s funnier is that Youtube’s pagerank are down to 3, even though it’s google’s

If you’re one of my twitter follower, you’ve notice that I haven’t update my twitter for ages now. Well, at least since I can’t get my Twiterrific to work, well at least that’s the first thing on my mind. But as I tried to log on to twitter using a regular browser (i’m using flock now, will review it later) and I can’t seem to get there..

Funny, is fastnet banning twitter or is it my fault in some way? Can anybody share about this? Maybe it’s time to make a fastnet forum/milist of our own

I’ve posted on earlier date that ActiveCollab is advancing with $2000 price plan. Well, they’ve updated the price plan to $99 yearly plan, which is a good thing.

But what’s more interesting is the fork projects of activecollab that want to keep it free, namely:

• OpenGoo
• ProjectPier

I’ve tested them both and I believe they are still in the phase of rebranding. No additional feature up until now but I will be expecting more results from the community. For me? I’m sticking with activecollab 0.7.1 for now.

Let’s just hope the spirit of open source stays ignited!
