If you are to chose if Business is a Man, or a Woman? what would you choose? I’m talking about the business world here, and to whom they belong. Well, maybe not that extreme but i think it’s clear enough. Okay then, Let’s compare!

Men are direct, they see problems, points them out and attack them directly. Women? they complicate things with feelings, too much kicking around the bushes, and a lot I mean A LOT of friendship bullshit! I can’t really understand why women are having so much problems with work-friend differentiations. Why can’t they just see it as 2 different things like “I like you as a friend, really.. but in business? you suck man..”. It complicate things and slow things down..

Now I’m not saying that men are better than woman at business, no.. It’s just that I’ve experienced quite a bit of that on the companies that I’ve work for, and nonetheless, in my own. One time I’ve faced with confused feelings is when my employee ask me to reconsider my bidding because she’s afraid it will put her friend in disadvantage to some extent. Hey, it’s business! somebody gotta loose.. And what I don’t understand more is that her preposition puts my company at quite a disadvantages. I just don’t get it. It’s business! be tough girl!

Women are complicated, and they complicate things. But that’s just how they do things.. something that men could never understand. But another thing I know is that their always neat, careful (sometimes too careful), over-thought things, could really talk, and very convincing. Somethings that are quite lacking in men. Men? They’re brute. Men have been a hunter for too long that they never realize that they’re not in the jungle anymore. Men have tendency to be lazy and plays around too much, but they’re direct. If a men hates someone, they just hit them and get things over with. Women? When they hate someone they just jabber bad things about that someone until everybody knows and keeps it to that.. complicated? yes… less harmful? maybe not.

What I’m trying to say is that the simple difference in life for men and women does imply greatly on business. Business is like hunting, it is direct, efficient, and effective. And as men rules the hunting rounds, men also rules the business world. But how come there’s so many successful women? because they think like a man, in business of course, not in real life.

If you’re a woman and you’re reading these. I bet you’re denying this right now, but think about it. Think about successful women and think about how they see things in business. They see problems as problems, and attack it directly, efficiently and effectively to complete the hunt. In short, they think like a man.

PS: What I discuss here are things in general, there’s always gonna be exceptional cases like rich dad, too much testosterone or whatever. It’s life.. it doesn’t always balance to an ideal point.

Hahaha, maybe i should start being pushy to my clients about my direction of the design. Ow well, they are doctors anyway so what the hell.
