hallow hallow, it’s been quite a while since my last entry. Ow well, can’t help it coz I’m kinda busy lately and because of that I’ve been utilizing my leisure time to the fullest! well, not really, just playing games and sleep.. but it was fun

Nonetheless, I’ve found a great game called Stepmania. It’s a DDR clone and it is open source! with a lot off feature similar to DDR in many way, and later in development it would implement more gameplay like guitar freaks and drum play, owh and it’s available in win, Mac OS, and even LINUX! Will be looking forward the next development of it.

Eniwei, I’ve watch Jomblo the Movie (finally) yesterday and it was awesome! well, at least beyond my own expectations that is. The characters blend nicely (except for Doni, he’s a bit stiffy) and it’s just as described in the novel, and the girls are quite hot eventhough their acting was not… in overall, it’s a great movie and a must watch. But then again that’s just me

Moreover, on the chaotic speculation of whether or not MacIntel would have the ability to dual boot or not, this guy is offering $11,981 for a thorough instructions of how it could be done! any challengers?

Kok judulnya ga jelas ya wakakak, well despite me being beler here and there, I finally get Rajasa’s first tender victory It’s for the Indonesian Respiratory Society, they wanted to design a more robust and suitable website for their organization and Rajasa have agreed to help them, we will be signing the contract next week.

Why the first? because this is the first project that i handle using the name Rajasa. The previous project only uses my name as an individual, so is this a company? frankly I dunno.. it’s not a company in a legal term, it’s not a real group because the one running the show is only me and ojo and other people in collaboration are just outsourcer so.. I’m rather confused here

Hm.. this just in, another project confirmed for contract just now, a website for Fakultas Budaya Universitas Indonesia from a friend of mine, didit. There’s 2 more projects waiting in confirmation next week… busy me

Jatis, projects, girls.. i mean girlfriend, dunno how long I can handle this. At least I’m enjoying all of this

Srot.. srot.. not feeling good these days, been having disease compilation consisting fever, flu, cough, and hiccups. I felt terrible lately, especially the first time i open my eyes in the morning.. terrible. Maybe because I’m at my physical limit here or maybe my physical condition is just being in it’s bad mood because I haven’t been taking care of it very well. My only time to exercise is when I walk to take a shower or go to the office, which doesn’t really help on the calories even though I don’t really eat that much anymore. Ow well, guess I should take more exercise I have scheduled to have a tennis table practice every Saturday at 8-11 with Sjarief 99, Pak Madja and Pendi of Fasilkom Security, let’s just hope I would be awake at that time..

Well anyway, I wanna talk about some site that I stumbled on my way here, one is full of motivations and the other took about 84 millions rupiah to build and another 44 every month to maintain. The first site is The Blog of Kibrotoi, it’s a blog which contains postings from several mailing lists which is divided into several categories. I personally love the Inspirational and Motivational thought category. It’s for fresh graduates who are stepping on their track to career. I’ve downloaded all of the articles that I could download and will read it tonight, hope I have the time to do so.

The second site is The President’s Blog!, it’s also a “blog” containing what he is and will be doing. Honestly it’s a good thing and it proves that our president is quite aware of the use of technology and use the “trend sesaat” -as quoted from Roy Suryo- to his needs. What I don’t understand is that why o why it took about 84 MILLION RUPIAH to make! Okay, I know that there are many other sites that cost more than that and because website is my line of business, I appreciate the cost of making such beautiful site. What’s bugging me is the monthly cost which is about 44 million rupiah! Gosh.. I can’t believe my eyes here. The details shows that the money goes to 3 of reporter for 12 millions, and 3 technical maintenance people from Air Putih for 4 millions. Meaning the rest of it (which is 28 fr*ck*n Millions) goes to PT. Telkom for hiring their server. Could somebody explain why in hell does hiring a server cost that much cash?!?!

Maybe they are not aware of the price or maybe they did protest about the price but they’re blind from the truth about it. But they are accompanied by EXPERTS of IT like Heru Nugroho, Roy Suryo, Budiono Darsono, dan Made Wiryawan. Ups, did I see Roy Suryo?? Maybe that explains everything.. Hi Roy! (c)

My lovely w550i still hasn’t seen the light of day yet… it has been 4 weeks since I put it in Plasa Semanggi Sony Ericsson Center because it can’t be turn on for some reason. Why I can’t turn it on is still a mistery. I bought the phone 2 months before and after 2 weeks from that, it crashed and can’t be turn on again when I change the SIM Card. So I went to SE Center at Pondok Indah and get it fix, it took 2 weeks because they have to replace the whole engine (turun mesin? :P), well anyway, 2 weeks from that it does the same thing but this time, it just crashed without any cause! I’m just browsing out the web, trying out Opera Mini at BOOM, it crash, it’s white, it’s horrible…

And as I say before, it has been 4 weeks since and still no sign of return. And what I have known just now is that 2 more people have been having the same problem as I am. This is quite a disappointment for me because I have always been a fan of Sony Ericsson products. I believe that w550i is somewhat a victim of deadlines and are a defect on the first release. Hope with this new engine it would be somewhat better. I had hope for it before, let’s just hope that that hope is not hopeless…. duh.. pusing..

The would be scenario on my marriage proposal day:

The place would be a romantic place, with a candle light dinner environment. And we were sitting there enjoying ourselves with a glass of.. lemon juice (:P) and just in the lovey dovey situation. And then we chit and chat about the past, and here goes..

Me: Hun…….. would you marry me? (gulp, i kneel down in silence.. waiting)
Her: (trying to look surprise) Ahh, marriage.. hm.. that depends
Me: Depends on what dear? We love each other, what else to we need?
Her: First of all I need a decent house where we could live in, an air-conditioner is a must considering I can’t live without it. And also furnitures, and I want a car, honda jazz maybe coz it’s affordable in price and gas. And then there’s house maintenance fee’s and bla bla bla bla bla
Me: (still kneeling in doubt, sweating…)
Her: Bla bla bla.. btw how’s your salary?
Me: Err.. enough?
Her: I mean in cash!
Me: Owh.. err.. about (nominal) million rupiah..
Her: Hm.. that’s kinda hard, but combined with my salary i think we could bla bla bla bla (pulling out her PDA and start counting)
Me: (still kneeling.. my hands are a bit numb)
Her: Bla bla bla, and after the count.. well sorry dear but we still need another year until your salary becomes (nominal) and mine also so we could share everything equivalently. And judging from the inflation level and bla bla bla
Me: (here we go again…)
Her: (and at last..) I’m sorry hun, maybe next year..
Me: … (hands.. so numb…)
Her: But if you sell that ring, maybe it would gives us 2 months in advance
Me: …..

And there goes my proposal..
