I didn’t make any of the 2014 resolution so I’ll just stop. Instead I’ll just make the change now. Little actionable changes that can be done right now.
I want to lose weight, so I start waking up early in the morning and do a 10 minutes workout (I chose freeletics btw). Laughable? Yes, doable? Totally. If it’s so easy then you have no reason to not do it right?
Make an easy task to start and increment the difficulty step by step. Do better everyday and reach your goal one step at a time.
1000 steps looks so far away but if you do 1 step every day for 1000 days then it doesn’t sound so hard now does it?
